Advancing body softness

Dusty Whitford rides Arthur in the big pen and is getting him ready to start working cows soon. He needs Arthur to comfortable be able to move from pressure, stop and draw and be soft in the face.

Caroline recaps what she has worked on with Mary and shows her last exhibition with the changes she made. The rest of the session is just fine tuning on the pattern.

Scooter had been having a slow step on the backside of the barrel, so Caroline is focused on getting smooth to the barrel and more of a snappy step around the back. She also wants to shift his weight to the hind end during transitions.

Sig is a three year old by Sixes Liaison. He's very talented and very fast, but as Emily has been asking for more speed, he's started to disengage his hind end.

Caroline works on getting MJ fluid and moving forward around the barrel after he has been working on keeping a good shape around the turn for a few weeks.

Garrett Oland puts a ride on Arthur in the big pen and focuses on keeping his attention and developing a steering wheel.

Cody works on the turn around and tries to get a horse more hooked to the turn so that he can take more responsibility.
